மகள்: அப்பா. நீங்க பார்த்து எனக்கு கட்டிவெச்ச மாப்பிள்ளை ரொம்ப நல்லவர்..ப்பா..! அப்பா: அப்படியா? போன வாரம் தானே, ‘அவரு தம் அடிக்கிறாரு, டெய்லி தண்ணியடிச்சிட்டு வர்றார்’னு என் கிட்ட புலம்பினே? மகள்: அதெல்லாம் பரவாயில்லைபா. அதுக்காக அவரை எத்தனை தடவை நான் அடிச்சாலும் தாங்கிக்கிறார்பா. அதனாலதான் சொல்றேன் அவர் ரொம்ப நல்லவர்பா.
